Testing Principle

Testing Conditions

1. Test Parameters: kₜ, fₚ, Nₜ, e₃₃, Qₘ, Cᴰ₃₃, Cᴱ₃₃, εᵀᵣ₃, vᴰₜ
2. Temperature Range: −150 °C ~ 450 °C, RT ~ 1000 °C, RT ~ 1650 °C
3. Frequency Range: 100 Hz ~ 30 MHz
4. Temperature Deviation: ±1 °C
5. Heating/Cooling Rate: 1 °C/min ~ 10 °C/min

Sample Requirements

1、Recommended sample dimensions (disc specimen): d/t = 6–12. Recommended specimen size: φ20 mm × 2 mm
2、Both end surfaces of the specimen shall be fully coated with metallic electrode layers. Polarization treatment shall be carried out along the length direction, and the storage time after polarization shall not be less than 72 hours. (BALAB Technology provides electrode coating services.)
3、The specimen shall be kept clean and dry.
