Testing Function

When an alternating voltage matches the mechanical resonant frequency of a piezoelectric ceramic resonator, its electrical impedance exhibits dramatic resonance and antiresonance transitions. By sweeping from 20 Hz to 120 MHz with high spectral resolution, our PCA-1000 service captures the complete impedance/admittance circle and computes all fundamental electromechanical coupling factors (Kp, kt, K33, K31, K15), mechanical quality factor (Qm), and dynamic equivalent circuit constants.
